Our 7ft Olympic Chrome Bar with Needle Bearings is made of high-quality, hardened chrome and designed to last. Comes with a pair of collars.

Bearing bushings minimise vibration during rotation. As a result, the bar meets less resistance and spins more easily with the movement of your hands.

The Olympic 7ft (220cm) Bar with Needle Bearings has been weight-tested to accommodate up to 320kg weight and to withstand the most rigorous training. As a result, it's ideal for heavy use by top trainers, as well as use in fitness centres and lifting gyms.

It's perfect for a wide range of lifts, including Olympic lifts and static lifts such as squats, benches, and deadlifts. This bar is also great for WODs and cross training.

The bar is 7 feet long with a diameter of 2" and is only suitable for 2 inch Olympic plates.
