Diagor Cardio Pump Weight Plates Set 7.5kg is a perfect beginner and intermediate set for Body Pump classes and general workouts. It can be used in workout studios, gyms, and at home.

Each plate is colour-coded in a bright, easy-to-see colour based on its weight. The dual grip plates have a thick rubber coating for grounding so they are less likely to scratch gym or home training room floors than metal plates. And their octagonal shape keeps the bar from rolling around the floor.

Cardio pump plates can be used to boost the strength of step workouts or other aerobic exercises in addition to normal lifts.
